Working Principle
Empty tubes are manually placed into the tube holder. The tube is accurately positioned below the filling nozzle, and the required quantity of product is dispensed through a precision filling mechanism.
After filling, the tube is transferred to the sealing station. Depending on the tube material, the machine can be configured with a suitable hot-air, heat-sealing, ultrasonic or crimping arrangement. The sealed tube can then be removed manually for collection and further inspection.
The filling volume and machine operating parameters can be adjusted according to the product characteristics and tube size.
