The TECHMAC Foot Operated Tube Filling Machine – 5 to 100 GM is a compact, economical and manually operated tube filling machine designed for accurate filling of creams, ointments, gels, pastes, lotions and other semi-viscous products into plastic, laminate and suitable metal tubes.

The machine operates through a mechanical foot pedal, allowing the operator to perform the filling cycle conveniently without electrical power or compressed air in the standard configuration. The foot-operated arrangement keeps both hands available for tube positioning and handling, making the machine suitable for efficient small-batch production.

Manufactured with hygienic stainless-steel construction and precision filling components, the machine offers consistent filling performance, easy volume adjustment, low product wastage and simple cleaning.

Working Principle

The product is filled into the machine hopper. An empty tube is manually positioned below the filling nozzle and secured using the adjustable tube-holding arrangement.

The operator presses the foot pedal to actuate the mechanical filling mechanism. The piston draws the required quantity of product from the hopper and dispenses it through the filling nozzle into the tube.

After the filling cycle, the operator releases the foot pedal, removes the filled tube and positions the next empty tube.

The filling volume can be adjusted according to the required quantity within the selected filling range. After filling, the tubes can be transferred to a suitable tube sealing, crimping or closing machine.
