Working Principle
The filled metal tube is manually inserted into the tube holder and positioned beneath the crimping head. The operator operates the hand lever, which activates the mechanical crimping mechanism and folds the open end of the tube to form a secure closure.
Before or during the crimping operation, the selected batch number characters emboss the required identification on the tube end. The finished tube is then manually removed from the holder.
The crimping pressure and tube positioning can be adjusted according to the tube diameter and material.
