Construction Details
- Inner Product Vessel
The inner vessel is fabricated from high-quality stainless steel and serves as the product-contact chamber. The material can be selected as SS 304, SS 316 or SS 316L depending on the formulation and required corrosion resistance.
The internal surface can be supplied with a smooth hygienic finish to minimize product retention and facilitate cleaning.
- Double Jacket
The external jacket forms a controlled utility chamber around the product vessel.
The jacket can be designed for:
- Hot water circulation
- Chilled water circulation
- Steam heating
- Thermal fluid circulation
The jacket configuration and heat-transfer area are selected according to the required heating/cooling duty.
