Working Principle
Empty capsules are poured into the loading tray, where a precision vibration-assisted alignment mechanism automatically orients each capsule into the correct position. The capsules are then arranged uniformly within the 300-hole loading plate. Once aligned, the loading plate is transferred to the capsule filling machine for capsule separation and filling. This process ensures consistent capsule positioning, reduces loading time, minimizes capsule breakage, and improves overall production efficiency.
