Working Principle
Empty capsules are placed into the loading plate and aligned using the capsule loading tray. The separation plate divides the capsule caps from the bodies. Powder or granules are evenly distributed into the capsule bodies using the powder tray and spreader, while tamping ensures uniform filling density. Once filling is complete, the capsule caps are repositioned and securely locked using the locking plate. The finished capsules are then ejected from the machine, ensuring consistent filling with minimal product loss.
