Working Principle

Material is loaded into the octagonal blender. As the blender rotates slowly on its horizontal axis, the material tumbles and cascades inside the polygonal shape, achieving homogeneous mixing through repeated folding and spreading actions. Mixing time is typically 5–20 minutes depending on the batch.
