Hot Air Drier

The Hot Air Tray Dryer (also known as Tray Drier or Hot Air Circulation Dryer) is a widely used cGMP-compliant drying equipment for removing moisture from wet powders, granules, pastes, and other materials. It is suitable for pharmaceutical, food, chemical, herbal, and cosmetic industries.

Working Principle

Fresh air is drawn in, passed over heating elements (electric or steam), and circulated uniformly throughout the chamber by a centrifugal blower. The hot air absorbs moisture from the material placed on trays and is partially exhausted while the rest is recirculated for maximum energy efficiency.
